Apple iTunes email scam

Possible scam email arrived this morning, purported to be from Apple iTunes. If you receive such an email please disregard until you confirm with Apple email is valid or scam.

UPDATE: Apple confirmed email is a phishing attempt. I suggest readers not click on any link in email to avoid visiting fake web site with high degree of likelihood of trojan, virus, or other infection occurring.

UPDATE 2: Yesterday I’ve received a second phony email, this time with a different product. I trashed it.
